Purchasing through the 4human online store is simple.
Below you will find all the information on how to order your desired products.

Registration / Login

Both registered and unregistered users may shop on our site. The registration process is straightforward and can be completed in just a few steps:

  1. Click “Register” and enter your e-mail address.

  2. After clicking “Register”, you will receive your account details at the address you provided.

  3. To confirm your registration, follow the instructions in that e-mail.

  4. If you are already a customer, simply click “Login” and enter your e-mail address and password to begin shopping.

Finding Your Desired Product

You can locate products by:

  • Browsing the main menu or website

  • Selecting a product category

  • Using the quick-search field

When you find the item you wish to purchase:

  • Click its image to view full details

  • Click “Add to Cart” to add it to your cart

  • Repeat for any additional items

  • When ready, click “Checkout” to proceed to payment

Payment

You may pay by:

  • Credit card online

  • Cash on delivery
    (Cash-on-delivery payments must be made in cash to the courier.)

Credit-Card Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Dina, and Maestro cards, provided they are authorized for online use by your issuing bank.

After confirming your order:

  1. Enter your card details

  2. Submit the payment

If the transaction fails, you will be notified and may retry or select a different payment method.

Note: Funds equal to the total order amount will be reserved on your card and only captured once the seller confirms your order.

Delivery

  • Standard fee: 480.00 RSD per order, regardless of order value

  • Free delivery: For orders of 8,000 RSD or more
